Shipping

We process all orders within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery within India takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is ₹99. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

Returns

We accept returns on items that are damaged or incorrect within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

To initiate a return, email us at support@biacas.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
